The Joria Productions Mainstage Theater is a 900 square foot, 60 seat full time theater. It is equipped with
lighting and grid, sound system, curtains, dressing rooms, piano, separate audience entrance and stage entrances. Ceiling/Grid
height is 13’. Seating is on risers in movable sections, the stage is floor level. The floor is a sprung maple surface.
The Button theater is a 750 square foot showcase theater, Black Box Style, with seating for 35 to 50. The
stage is floor level. The stage floor is a sprung maple surface (making the space suitable for any dance activity). The ceilings
are 13' feet high. The space is multi-directional and can be played on any angle.
The following equipment and services are supplied directly by Joria Productions.
Lighting
(gel frames are available for all instruments, you are expected to provide your own gels)
Sound
Curtains
- There are enough "Blacks" to surround the space. In addition, there are 4 Gold curtains, Blue curtains, and a White Cyc.
Dressing Rooms
- There is a single relativle small dressing room.
Pianos
- The use of one of our "house" pianos, (This is a Baldwin Hamilton).
Support Staff
One staff member from Joria Productions will be on duty during your performance rental to facilitate your
activities. A list of additional staff can be available by request, such as: Directors, Choreographers, Musical Directors/Accompanists,
Lighting designers, Set designers, Stage Managers, Tech Directors, Electricians, Box Office, House Managers, Etc. Fees for
these services must be negotiated with that person.

Studio 3 maybe booked as a green room/ dressing room.
Insurance
Joria Productions’ complex is covered by "Premise liability", this means that anyone who is here is covered if there
is a problem with the physical facility. Any other insurance such as "Workers Comp" etc. is the responsibility of the producer.
Prices for the Theater
Joria Productions Theater can be rented on a weekly, daily, or per-performance basis.
Weekly ‘move-in’ rate is $2000.00
Daily ‘move-in’ rate is $350.00
Per performance rate is $175.00
This would be a four, (4) hour booking (generally 6:00 to 10:00 or 7:00 to 11:00.). Overtime will be charged at $75.00
per hour for each hour or part of an hour after your booking time.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking, deposits are non-refundable!
